What to Expect
More than a test and a report. You won't be left trying to figure out your results on your own. From collecting your hair sample to reviewing your report, I'll walk you through the process so you know what you're looking at and have space to ask questions along the way.
❋ Personal Intake CallWe'll talk about your symptoms, health history, and what you're curious about. I'll also walk you through collecting your hair sample so you know exactly what to do.
❋ At-Home HTMA TestAfter our call, you'll receive your test kit, collect your sample, and send it to the lab for analysis.
❋ Personalized Results ReviewOnce your results are back, we'll sit down together to look at the mineral patterns and ratios that stand out, and discuss them alongside what you've shared.
❋ No Ongoing CommitmentThis is a standalone experience, so no protocol is included. If you decide you want support taking action after reviewing your results, that's where The Gut Clarity Program comes in.
Sample HTMA Results
What Is HTMA?
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is a non-invasive test that looks at minerals and certain heavy metals found in a small sample of your hair.
The sample reflects minerals deposited into your hair as it grows, typically showing a period of about 2–3 months.
Rather than measuring what's circulating in your blood at the moment of a blood draw, HTMA gives us a different lens to explore the minerals present in your hair and the patterns within those results.
During your results review, we'll explore the patterns that stand out and consider them alongside your symptoms, health history, and goals.
HTMA isn't a diagnostic test or a replacement for bloodwork. It's another piece of information we can explore alongside your symptoms, health history, and goals.
